ABOUT INBA SECTION FOR LAW STUDENTS:
INBA student section works as a voice of law students. It organizes various activities which would help law students to improve on their skills and become a seasoned professional. Currently it has a team of 10
executive committee members and Chair of the section Mr. Manas Dowlani.
ABOUT AD-HOC COUNCIL:
Ad-Hoc council is a committee sub-ordinate to the executive committee of INBA section for law students. It will comprise of 25 members. These ad-hoc members will be assisting the ECM’s in their projects.
ABOUT CAMPUS AMBASSADORS:
Campus Ambassadors [CA(s)] as the name suggest will be selected to represent INBA students section in
their respective colleges. CA(s) will keep us updated about the events in their college, market INBA and
its affiliates in their respective colleges and other areas, participate in INBA events and programs and work on other allotted projects. On attaining over attendance of 50 student members for INBA, such CA(s) shall be invited to make Campus Chapters and also will be offered Chapter Convener post.
POSITION TO BE HIRED FOR:
We are looking for:
Campus Ambassadors for a tenure of 6 months.
Ad-hoc Council members for a tenure of 6 months to directly work in tandem with ECM’s on
assigned projects.
ELIGIBILTY:
Applicant should be a student member of the Indian National Bar Association. (Membership is free for law students and can register through following link :https://www.indianbarassociation.org/membership/online-registeration/
Applicant must have undertaken some kind of initiative or voluntary work in the college.
Applicant must be a part of any society/ student run body at their college or some NGO.
Applicant must have undertaken minimum One (1) internship [Only for Ad Hoc Council]
EXPECTATIONS FROM AN IDEAL APPLICANT
Devoting 10-15 hours a week to INBA Student Section.
Go-getter and excellent communication skills.
Specialized skill set.
Intermediate knowledge with MS Office.
Honesty and Reliability.
Should be able to meet deadlines
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?
Challenging targets and new experiences.
Contact building with industry experts and peers.
Work exposure and Industry recognition.
Learn about blogging, writing, marketing and other things.
Certificates of merits to all Campus Ambassadors.
SELECTION PROCEDURE:
Selection will be done in two-fold process:
Ad-Hoc Council Member
Candidates will be shortlisted on application cum questionnaire basis.
Campus Ambassador
Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their CV and the cover letter attached to the mail.
Extra-curricular activities will be given preference over the Internships.
